Operational guidance for customers
These terms are intended to support responsible use of ClientEnforce in real onboarding environments. Customers should configure onboarding workflows with clear ownership, maintain appropriate internal access controls, and keep account information current.
To reduce onboarding risk, teams should document required inputs, review completion criteria, and validate handoff readiness before kickoff. This helps ensure the platform is used in line with both business policy and legal obligations.
Customers should also review account permissions regularly, update responsible contacts, and maintain internal governance for sensitive onboarding records stored in the platform.
For implementation context, review our platform features and client onboarding automation guide before rolling out new workflows.
